By accessing or using SkillsMD Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By signing in with LinkedIn, you represent that your profile information is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all skills and content you publish. By posting content, you grant SkillsMD Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Service.

You agree not to publish content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights of others.
  • Spam, malware, or deceptive in nature.
  • In violation of our Community Guidelines.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service's infrastructure.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The SkillsMD Pro name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of SkillsMD Pro. You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content published by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillsMD Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your published content may be removed from the directory.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
